Their surface coating allows almost any type of material to be laminated or bonded, making these panels suitable for a wide range of applications: construction, transport, marine industry, industrial equipment, sport and leisure.
The honeycomb core is reinforced with a 602 g/m² facing, and the polyester non-woven layer provides an adhesion base for the finishing skin to be applied.
In a honeycomb sandwich structure or cellular structure, this rigid panel improves productivity by allowing the facing to be bonded on a single side only.

The Nidapan structural composite panel is made of a polyester non-woven and a glass/PP composite reinforcement (602 g/m²).
The 45 g/m² non-woven ensures strong mechanical cohesion between the honeycomb and the skin to be applied.
The honeycomb structure, made up of 95% void, uses very little material while still providing high mechanical performance.
The honeycomb panel is made of polypropylene, a durable and 100% recyclable material.
