Honeycomb core material :
Nidaskin sandwich panels are made of honeycomb cells. They are therefore very lightweight and significantly reduce structural weight.
Panel dimensions: 1220 x 2440 mm

Rot-proof core material :
Polypropylene honeycomb is resistant to water and most solvents. The core does not rot and does not cause swelling of the sandwich panel in case of skin perforation.

Sandwich panel with polyester skins :

Core material: polypropylene honeycomb (65 kg/m³)
Cell size: 8 mm

Skin nature: white polyester reinforced with fiberglass (RAL 9016), bonded on both sides with polyurethane adhesive
Skin thickness: 1.5 mm — peel-off protective film

Compression strength (20 mm panel): 1.2 MPa
Shear strength (20 mm panel): 0.4 MPa

Sandwich panel with anti-slip polyester skin :

Core material: polypropylene honeycomb (65 kg/m³)
Cell size: 8 mm

Skin nature:

• Face 1: white fiberglass-reinforced polyester (RAL 9016)

• Face 2: anti-slip fiberglass-reinforced polyester (fine grain)
  Both skins bonded with polyurethane adhesive
  Skin thickness: 1.5 mm — peelable protective film on white skin

Compression strength (20 mm panel): 1.2 MPa
Shear strength (20 mm panel): 0.4 MPa

Sandwich panel with FRT anti-slip skin :

Core material: polypropylene honeycomb (65 kg/m³)
Cell size: 8 mm

Skin nature:
On both sides: reinforcement 600 g/m² glass (60%) + polypropylene (40%)

• Face 1: anti-slip

• Face 2: smooth

Reinforcement thickness: 0.5 mm

Compression strength (20 mm panel): 1.2 MPa
Shear strength (20 mm panel): 0.4 MPa
