Nidapan semi-finished honeycomb panels combine a polypropylene honeycomb core with an integrated thermoplastic composite skin.
This configuration provides increased rigidity while maintaining the lightweight construction and dimensional stability characteristic of Nidaplast products.
Semi-finished panels help reduce structural reinforcements, simplify processing steps and lower overall production costs.
Thanks to their stiffness, they can be processed from a single side, without requiring a balanced laminate structure.
Their versatility allows them to be combined with a wide range of facing materials: mineral (stone, ceramic), metallic (aluminium, steel, stainless steel) or polymeric (HPL, PP, ABS, Solid Surface…).
