The nidaplast 8 polypropylene honeycomb structure is a durable and easily reusable solution, better for the environment. Indeed, nidaplast products are partly made of recycled polypropylene and recyclable after use.
Nidaplast is ideal as a support for parts to be cut by water jet cutting:
- thanks to its honeycomb structure the jet comes into contact with the edge of the honeycomb and then is dispersed without bouncing, allowing for perfect cutting of the part.
- the light weight of the panel makes it very easy to install
- its polypropylene material ensures the longevity of the product
- its polyester non-woven surface allows it to protect and hold the piece to be cut (whether it is delicate and small).
Thanks to its characteristics, nidaplast 8 is an environmentally friendly, reusable and recyclable sustainable solution. It's a perfect alternative to commonly used carrier materials. In addition, the nidaplast 8 cutting support ensures proper positioning of the material being cut.

Our products are available in different thicknesses: 40 mm is the usual thickness, but you can also buy it in 20/28 mm. (other dimensions and thicknesses available on request).
