NIDAPAN
The nidapan is a reinforced honeycomb panel, intended to serve as a rigid core of glued sandwich panels, rigid or lightweight ready-to-use panels.
Their surface coating makes it possible to laminate or glue practically any type of material, for applications in many fields: building, transport, boating, industrial equipment, sport, leisure, etc.
The honeycomb is reinforced with a 602 g/sqm coating and the polyester fleece serves as an adhesion support to the facing to be applied.

In a honeycomb sandwich structure or in an alveolar structure, this rigid panel provides productivity gains by allowing the facing to be glued on only one side.
Large panel dimensions: 2500 x 1220 mm
Different thicknesses: from 5 to 70 mm
Cell size: 8 mm
Indicative surface mass for a 20 mm panel: 2.6 kg / m2
The Nidapan composite structural panel is composed of a polyester fleece and a glass / PP composite reinforcement (602 g / m2).
The 45g / m2 nonwoven ensures good mechanical cohesion between the honeycomb and the skin that will be applied to it.
The honeycomb structure composed of 95% vacuum uses little material while ensuring high mechanical properties.
The honeycomb is made of polypropylene, a durable and 100% recyclable material. Manufactured on our industrial site in France.
