Nidaplast contributed to the construction of a permeable parking lot with pavers and grass for a Carrefour supermarket in Touques, Calvados, near Deauville. This project complies with the ALUR French law, reducing soil impermeabilization and optimizing rainwater management through the use of OCITY permeable paving grids.
Permeable parking solutions for urban development
To meet the requirements of urban planners and civil engineers, the parking lot was designed using two complementary solutions:

PAV65 permeable paving grids: Pre-filled with 9 load-bearing pavers, ensuring high mechanical resistance and facilitating quick installation.

NGR65 grass reinforcement grids: Designed for natural grass surfaces, promoting direct rainwater infiltration and minimizing runoff.
Additionally, 11 dedicated parking spaces for people with reduced mobility (PMR) and families were created, ensuring accessibility and user comfort.
